Gross Reservoir, located in Boulder County, Colorado, is owned and operated by Denver Water. Completed in 1954, the reservoir has a surface area of 440 acres, and the spillway sits at 7,225 feet elevation.
ZGL will provide CAD support for preparation of the 30% design drawings for the Site Development, and Dam Design the December 2018. Additional task will be incorporated into this scope for future design stages 60, 90 and 100% over this 3 year project.

The purpose of this project is to complete an accelerated 6 month study and conceptual designs for implementation of chemical feed changes at each of the treatment plants

ZGL has been awarded the task of Creating 3D Pipe Networks for for the DRWSP South Complex, bring the existing Foothills WTP base drawing to the standard, and on an as-needed basis, update the base drawings to incorporate recent as-built changes from various Denver Water engineering and construction projects with their Client ARCADIS.

ZGL has been awarded the task of Design/CAD Services of the Various Residential and Commercial Properties including Stapleton Redevelopment with their first and long time Client Matrix Design Group Denver and Colorado Springs Offices.

ZGL has been awarded the task of Design/CAD Services of the Third Locks of The Panama Canal and various other Mining and Land Reclamation projects with their long time Client MWH Global.

ZGL has been awarded the task of CAD Services of Wastewater Facilities for Denver International Airport - City & County of Denver with their Client Ingenium Engineers|Planners, LLC. (Currently TW Summit Corporation)

ZGL has been awarded the task of CAD Services for The Canyons Newlin Gulch Lift Station Castler Pines, Colorado with thier Client Ingenium Engineers|PLanners, LLC. (Currently TW Summit Corporation)

ZGL has been awarded the task of installing site furnishings for Stapleton’s 80-acre "Central Park". This park surrounded by Sand Creek, Westerly Creek, homes and businesses is nearly the size of Denver's Washington Park.
